Every week, people contact us asking for a driver to pick up a package and take it across town. We understand why: the word delivery is in our name. But that is not the service we run, and we would rather say so clearly than leave anyone waiting for a reply.

What MAD Delivery actually is

MAD Delivery is a business-to-business (B2B) delivery network. In plain words: we work with companies, not with individual senders.

  • For businesses that sell — shops, restaurants, online stores, distributors — we find and set up the right delivery partner for how they sell.
  • For delivery companies — couriers and fleets — we bring business clients and help connect their work to those clients' systems.

We sit in the middle. We do not own the bikes or vans, and we do not carry packages ourselves.

What we don't do

  • We don't pick up personal parcels.
  • We don't deliver gifts, documents or items between individuals.
  • We don't take one-off requests for a single trip.
  • We don't sell delivery by the trip to the public.

If you need to send something personal today, a local courier company is the right call. Many of them offer same-day service across Lebanon.

Why we built it this way

Lebanon already has good delivery companies. What businesses struggle with is finding the right one, connecting it to how they take orders, and keeping track of cash and returns. That is a technology and partnership problem, and it is the one I-MAD solves.
